Your safety and well-being are top priorities
At Charlotte City Pets, the safety and well being of clients and the community are top priorities. In response to the impacts of seasonal COVID, my current practices include the following measures to ensure the health and safety of all, while maintaining the highest level of service.

Vaccination Status & Mask Wearing
I have received the COVID vaccine plus all boosters offered to date. Be assured I will wear a mask indoors when required or requested.
Contactless (sort of) Dog Walking
As I have done for years, I will use my own leash. And when in contact with you, I will comply with any request to wear a mask or maintain a safe distance.
Reporting Symptoms
You will be notified immediately if I experience symptoms, test positive for COVID, or find out I have been exposed to someone exhibiting symptoms of COVID.
