Set Up Your Free Account
Download the free Precise Petcare app (Android or iPhone) for easy scheduling and communication. To provide the best possible care, you will be asked to fill out a profile for yourself with lots of detailed information about each of your pets and their needs. Be assured this sensitive information is accessible only to you and Charlotte City Pets.
Schedule Meet & Greet
After your profile has been accepted, Maureen will reach out to schedule a free Meet & Greet in your home. This in-person consultation gives us the opportunity to talk through important details about your pets and home while giving the pet(s) an opportunity to become acquainted with the new caretaker.
