How To Get Started
When you contact Charlotte City Pets, a mutually convenient time will be arranged for a meet & greet in your home. This consultation is the best opportunity to get to know each other and your pet family. From bold to bashful, every dog and cat benefits from meeting their new pet sitter in the presence of loving owners. Even for cats that hide from outsiders, the meet & greet still works thanks to their acute sense of smell. The pet sitter’s lingering scent is like a virtual calling card.
During the meet & greet we will also review your online information form and pet profile(s) to understand how best to meet individual pet needs and your expectations.
With decades of experience caring for dogs and cats, you can trust that your pet(s) will be treated with kindness, understanding, and respect. And every visit will be documented on the fully-integrated app including journal updates and photos for you to enjoy.
