THE WHOLE PROCESS
How It Works
Step One: You submit an online service request.
Charlotte City Pets is ready to begin caring for your pet when you are! To get the toy ball rolling, provide some basic info via the pet care request form or use the app (download links below). After receiving your information, you will be contacted to schedule the free Meet & Greet.
Step Two: Set up your account in the Precise Petcare portal
Register your account and fill in the pet care and contact information needed to provide the care your pet deserves. After you have booked services, registration is completed during the free Meet & Greet in your home. From bold to bashful, every dog and cat benefits from meeting their new pet sitter in the presence of loving owners.
Step Three: Success!
Your pet enjoys the comforts of home while you travel the world. But never too far from daily visit updates and photos to show how well your pet is doing. And when you have questions or comments, the app makes it easy to stay connected.
