Puppy Won't Pee Outside?

Housetraining a puppy in the city can be more difficult because 1) puppies are easily distracted, and 2) city life can easily overload a naïve puppy's superb senses.

 If your puppy won't urinate outside, try this: First thing in the morning fill a large bowl with warm water and stir in a little wet food. Let puppy drink as much as he wants, then take him for a very long walk. To ensure success for all parties, carry puppy to the preferred toileting area before beginning the walk.
